Having been witnessed by about 50 CityNet (an Asia-Pacific regional network of local authorities for the management of human settlements) members, City Mayors Nakada of Yokohama in Japan and Jejomar Cabauatan Binay of Makati in the Philippines cut the ceremonial ribbon of the Makati Science High School Sanitation Station Refilling Center, Nov. 14.

Makati Science tops NAT in NCR thrice | |
FOR THREE CONSECUTIVE school years, the Makati Science High School has toppled all public secondary schools in the National Capital Region (NCR) and ranked first in the 2007, the 2006, and the 2005 National Achievement Tests (NAT) administered by the Department of Education (DepEd) through the National Education Testing and Research Center.
